Zombie Drabble #9
He waited as long as he could. He was certain of that. Everyone who had bought shares was clear on the rules: when the bunker doors had to be closed that was it, and if you weren't inside yet you had no right to complain. It would be unfair to expect anything else. Hadn't there been zombies on the lawn? Just because only he made it in time didn't mean it was his fault they were probably dead, did it? He couldn't very well open the door now, even if the banging sounded suspiciously and desperately fast to be zombies.
